I teach 90 minute Bikram Yoga for Diane Ducharme Gardner, in Dedham, Massachusetts. I left the corporate world after 30 years in healthcare and joined the Thailand Fall 2016 training after starting my practice in 2011. Upon graduation, I began teaching full time. I currently enjoy practicing 3-4 times a week and taking care of my family.
