Well, this practice came to me after a healing crisis, or gall bladder and colen problems. After doing a long cleansing process, and going into raw foods, adding enzymes prescribed by a naturopath, losing 40 lbs, being able to digest reasonably well for the first time in years, I began Bikram Yoga folowing these events, and have found it to be the "one" thing that keeps my organs "oiled" (so to speak), and makes me feel stronger and more resilient with a clearer attitude in my mew way of living. I am truly thankful for this yoga, and it has become an integral part of my life. It is improving everyday, it has helped me find stability in my diet and lifestyle. Bikram Yoga has definitely has balanced my monthly cycle very well, and within a very short time....My cycle is now only 3 or 4 days instead of 5 or 6 days.
